RETURN PERIOD
We accept returns within 14 days after the order has been delivered.
After 14 days, we cannot accept any return requests.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Have original packaging and tags
- Not be washed, worn, or damaged
- Include proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items damaged by the customer
- Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider
6. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us before sending the item back.
7. WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received the wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
