All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order items may require additional processing time as stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times:
- International shipping: 10–25 business days
- Pre-order items: 2–4 weeks processing + shipping time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, location, or courier delays.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped via postal services or logistics partners depending on destination, including international postal systems and courier services.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping provider used.
4. ORDER TRACKING
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
In some cases, tracking updates may take time depending on the shipping carrier.
5. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship internationally.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you after your order is placed.

10. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are made-to-order products with extended processing times (typically 2–4 weeks). Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
